WorldFest Cell Phone and Printer Cartridge Recycling Drive
:

Unclutter your life and protect the planet. Bring your old cell phones or printer cartridges (Inkjet or Laser) to WorldFest 2009 and let us do the recycling. Drop off at the admissions table! We have boxes for the cell phones but please bring the cartridges in a plastic bag!

Thought of the Day . . .

At my office the paper toilet seat covers are called "Life Guard" which i think is a little dramatic...

That makes it seem like all toilets are mean like this one....

But we know thats not true and that you don't really need a Life Guard for peeing. Just swimming-

Catchup

Long time no post. Below find blurbs about my days MIA...

Thursday May 7th, 2009

I was just chilling at DirecTV. I don't know why I didn't post. Maybe because I was busy going on runs to the Hand Prop Room which has lots of neon signs and smelly men...

Friday May 8th, 2009

Working at the Beverly Hilton. They have a nice pool there. I think I might try and sneak in sometime soon. I'll keep you POSTED. (Pun? Yes.)

Niiiiiiceee. Also nice...

Saturday May 9th, 2009

Working at the Beverly Hilton again on the Noche De Los Ninos gala. I saw J-LO. Also I talked to the Governator and told him that he had "Cool boots." to which he replied "I get a lot of compliments." Fair enough. See me and my new best friend -

Sunday May 10th, 2009

MOTHERS DAY. I called my mom and grandmas, even though Eric says that you don't have to call grandmas, I do anyway.

Also, I was obviously working again. This time on a TOP SECRET Miley Cyrus shoot. I signed my life away that I would keep this a secret, but I will include this pic of me and Smiley just chillin on set...

Monday May 11th, 2009

Back to DirecTV. 9th day of work in a row. I spent most of the day here reading archives of savage love. And here, playing "Pick The Perp." Exciting shit.

Sigh. There you have it - all caught up. Not too exciting. Except the J-Lo thing. Peace out.

Girl Paints Car Invisible!

Cool!!!

"Sara Watson, who is studying drawing at the University of Central Lancashire (Uclan), took three weeks to transform the car's appearance.

She created the illusion in the car park outside her studio at Uclan's Hanover Building in Preston.

The car is now being used for advertising by the local recycling firm that donated the vehicle."

Some people really love beer pong

The Ramekin Story...

When my mom came to visit she brought some leftovers and inside was a blue ramekin filled with some sauce. Basically she stole it because she wanted to save the sauce but she didn't want to mix it in with her leftovers. Smart idea mom. Until she left it at our house and Eric discovered that it is the EXACT SAME SIZE as our kitchen sink drain. Awesome. The ramekin was wedged in the sink and could not be removed until we got out a hammer and broke the shit out of it. And it still took Eric like 30 minutes to break it. (Also, he is kind of weak and wouldn't let me try bc he knew that I would break it better, harder and faster.) Anyway, moral of the story is don't steal ramekins bc they will come after you. Or at least after your drain. The End.

"In this photo released Tuesday, March 31, 2009, by the Newark (Ohio) Police Department, a motorized bar stool is shown. Police in Newark, 30 miles east of Columbus, say when they responded to a report of a crash with injuries on March 4 2009, they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower. Police say Kile Wygle, 28 was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he told an officer at the hospital that he had consumed 15 beers. Wygle told police his motorized bar stool can go up to 38 mph."
